Here is a great testimonial received just a few days ago by my sponsor.
Gabrielle writes: I just love these oils! Three weeks ago I burnt my leg on the muffler of a Harley…big ouch! It was two hours before I got home to my oils (usually have at least five in my bag). I went straight for the Peppermint, then Lavender, alternating every few hours. That night I bumped a bit of the skin and thought, “This is going to be nasty and difficult to heal even with the oils”. But I kept doing the same routine for a week and managed to keep the skin intact. By now the surrounding skin was beginning to shrink, wrinkle and itch and the potential blisters never really developed on the deep burn area.
Two weeks later I’m scratching off the dead skin, using some moisturizer and Lavender to help. Then I put some Thieves oil on it and that was the turning point. By the third week it’s clear with only a shadow of color to indicate a burn. It’s still getting Lavender and Frankincense a few times a week. My nurse friend couldn’t believe her eyes and now wants to order the oils. We are so blessed to have access to these beautiful oils from our earth.
Summer is just around the corner! So to celebrate I would like to share with you my list of “Essential” essential oils for the perfect summer.
A must have for so many reasons, here are just a few, it is calming and soothing on burns, disinfects scrapes and is safe to apply to open cuts. It is also relaxing and calming, a perfect oil to apply to kids feet when they are too excited to fall asleep. Excellent for bug bites as well.
Another personal favorite, use a drop on your tongue and two drops on your stomach when you are having a difficult digestion. Add one drop with two drops of lavender and two drops of vegetable oils to light burns, aching muscles, sprains etc… Add one drop of peppermint and two drops of lavender and apply to itchy bug bites or rashes.
This blend not only smells wonderful it is also excellent for bug bites. I used after getting stung by a wasp, it helped tremendously and reduced potential swelling. Good bug repellent.
This oil also smells amazing and I recommend diffusing it in your home and adding a drop or two to a pitcher of cold water, it makes an excellent refreshing summer drink.
Now I would also recommend getting Thieves cleaner. this might seems a little strange in this post but it is the best all natural cleaner I have ever used and one 14.4oz bottle will make 14 spray bottles (just use one tablespoon of thieves cleaner and add distilled water to fill up the empty spray bottle). I use this leaner everywhere and people love it. not only does everything look clean it also smells clean, but a nice natural smell no chemicals!!! Another plus is that it is safe to use around children and pets. Use it undiluted on very tough jobs.
Have a safe all-natural summer!
